Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Shipment
Upon arrival, please check your poppi delivery for any signs of damage or missing cans incurred during transit.
- 2.Contact Support
If there is an issue with your order, email our team within 30 days of purchase with your order number and a photo of the product.

Our customer experience team will review your request to ensure every bubble meets our high standards of flavor and fizz.
- 4.Resolution
Approved claims will receive a full refund to the original payment method or a replacement shipment at no additional cost.
